Before You Book

What do I need for a telehealth visit?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. A stable internet connection. That's it — no special app required. The portal sends you a secure link before your appointment.
Are same-day appointments really available?
Yes — for most services including MAT, mental health, and men's health. Availability varies by day. If you don't see a same-day slot in the portal, call us at (240) 966-4266 and we'll do our best to get you in.
How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
We accept Medicaid, CareFirst BlueCross, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and more. Call (240) 966-4266 or the patient portal during check-out will verify your insurance automatically. Self-pay pricing starts at $99 for an initial visit.
Which states do you serve?
We are currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. Telehealth requires you to be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
Can I get a prescription the same day?
For many conditions — yes. MAT patients (buprenorphine/Suboxone) who meet clinical criteria can receive a same-day electronic prescription. GLP-1 medications and other prescriptions are typically sent within 24 hours of your visit.
